Docaposte offers two electronic archiving services (EAS)


Docaposte's Electronic Archiving Systems (EAS) are customized to meet the specific needs of each client. These SaaS solutions are available as an API or web portal. Hosted in our own data facilities in France, they meet all your compliance requirements.

All of our electronic storage systems provide :

  • Document integrity: guaranteed by the calculation of the fingerprint and the periodic verification of its digital print.                          
  • Security: duplication of data on several distinct and remote sites in highly secure infrastructures.             
  • Sustainability: long-term readability of documents thanks to format verification and media migration.  
  • Traceability: all actions carried out on the document are kept in the archive life cycle log.                
  • Confidentiality: no processing is carried out on the entrusted data.  
  • Authentication: the identification and certification of the issuer and other parties involved is verified at each key stage (at the time of deposit, consultations, etc.).
